Office in Chester
A well-established insurance brokerage, part of a leading national group, is seeking a Professional Indemnity Account Handler to join its settled and high-performing team.
The broker is stable, growing, and focused on the future. The Chester-area office is home to a collaborative team, including Account Executives, Administrators, and Compliance support.
The Role
This is a client-facing role focused primarily on Professional Indemnity insurance, with some exposure to Cyber and Management Liability products. The portfolio mainly serves construction and legal sector clients, with clients located across the UK.
*Manage existing clients through renewals, servicing and MTAs
*Predominantly desk-based/phone-based servicing
*Support clients with a strong emphasis on retention and technical advice
About You
*Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity risks (not necessarily as a PI specialist)
*Comfortable advising clients through renewals
*Strong relationship management and technical capability
*Experience using Acturis is advantageous but not essential
