Full job descriptionClass 1 Driver – Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a well-established logistics operation based in the Northampton area. This is a temp to perm opportunity with ongoing, full-time work available for the right candidates.
Shift Pattern
*Monday to Friday
*Early morning start times between 02:00am – 05:00am
Pay Rates
*£17.20 per hour
*£25.80 per hour after 9.6 hours worked per shift
The Role
*Completing nationwide deliveries and collections
*Curtain sider and trunking work available
*Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
*Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
*Maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service
Requirements
*Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
*Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
*Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience preferred
*No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences
*Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
*Reliable and professional attitude
