What You’ll Be Doing:
*Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups
*Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment
*Supporting students in their learning and encouraging engagement
*Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity
What We’re Looking For:
*Recent experience working as a Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor
*Strong communication and classroom presence
*A calm, adaptable approach to classroom management
*Experience working with large groups of students / young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)
*A genuine interest in education and student development
