£28,000 - £30,000
*Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
*Friday finish at 4:30pm
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
I am currently recruiting for a Service Planning Administrator opportunity with a well-established business based in Bradford.
This is a fully office-based role within a modern open-plan office environment, supporting a team of remote field engineers across the Yorkshire region.
The role will involve managing engineer schedules and coordinating breakdown and service jobs from beginning to end, including:
*Booking and coordinating engineers
*Requesting and organising parts
*Monitoring job progress and completion
*Managing job sheets and system updates
*Ensuring SLA targets are met
*Handling reactive breakdown situations and prioritising workloads effectively
You will work closely alongside another planner within a collaborative and fast-paced operational environment.
This role would suit someone with previous service planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, or reactive customer operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
