Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 per annum

The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
*Foster a love of reading, writing, and literature in students
*Support students in developing strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills
*Plan and assess work in line with curriculum expectations
*Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment and literacy initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
*Is passionate about English and committed to raising attainment
*Possesses strong classroom management and communication skills
*Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities
