You’ll step into a consultative sales role, managing the full journey from warm, qualified inbound lead through to close - no cold calling.
What you’ll be doing:*Speaking with inbound, qualified prospects
*Understanding needs and recommending tailored solutions
*Building relationships and managing your own pipeline
*Working towards clear, achievable targets
What’s on offer:*£26,400 starting salary
*Salary increase to £30,000 after first promotion
*Uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+, top performers earning £55,000+)
