Full job descriptionAccounts Receivable Clerk - Hounslow (Onsite) - Permanent - Up to £35,000
IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to work with a market leading client of ours based in Hounslow on a permanent basis. The role is 5 days onsite.
The duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk will include:
*Processing high volumes of sales invoices
*Reconciling customer statements
*Cash allocation
*Collecting outstanding invoices
*Reconciling bank accounts
Person Specification
*Essential
*Previous experience in an accounts receivable / credit control
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation
*Experience working with accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, SAP, or similar)
*Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
*A professional and proactive approach to resolving customer queries
