As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for driven and ambitious individuals to support business growth by generating high-quality opportunities for their team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include, but are not limited to:
*Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold and warm telephone calling.
*Introduce the company’s commercial finance services to a variety of UK businesses.
*Identify current and future funding requirements through detailed fact-finding conversations.
*Build strong relationships and rapport with key decision makers in a professional and compliant manner.
*Manage and develop your own diary and pipeline to achieve performance targets and touchpoints.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions using CRM systems.
*Ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR, and internal company procedures and policies.
*Deliver a high standard of customer service with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
*Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and wider business initiatives.
*Support special projects and business development activities where required.
What You Will Need to Apply:
*Educated to GCSE level or above.
*Previous experience within telemarketing, sales, finance, or a customer-focused environment would be advantageous.
*Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
*Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and meet targets.
*Good business acumen and the ability to quickly understand client requirements.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
*Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems such as SalesLogix or similar.
*A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
