Reporting directly to the Senior Legal Cashier, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their career within legal accounts and finance.


Key Responsibilities
*Processing client and office account payments and receipts
*Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
*Performing daily bank reconciliations
*Managing CHAPS, BACS transfers
*Processing invoices, supplier payments, and staff expenses
*Handling client money in accordance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
*Posting bills, transfers, and disbursements
*Assisting with month-end and year-end accounts procedures
*Monitoring outstanding balances and supporting credit control processes
*Preparing financial reports for management
*Liaising with fee earners, clients, banks, and suppliers regarding financial matters
*Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and financial regulations
*Supporting audits and compliance checks
*Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
*Previous experience working as a Legal Cashier within a law firm
