Looking for a varied office-based role where your organisation and customer service skills can really make an impact?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a growing and established B2B business in Verwood.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things organised while delivering excellent customer service.
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll support customers with enquiries, quotations, orders, and updates, helping ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing customer enquiries by phone and email
• Supporting the sales team with quotes and proposals
• Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
• Providing customers with updates and follow-ups
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Supporting reporting and general sales administration
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident using Outlook, CRM, or order processing systems
• A proactive, positive, team-focused approach
• Experience working within a B2B environment would be an advantage
