An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in the Harrogate area.

The RoleAs Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the engineering function on-site, ensuring maximum reliability, efficiency, and performance across production operations. You’ll play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, people development, and long-term engineering strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading and developing the engineering team
*Driving preventative maintenance and reliability improvements
*Managing engineering budgets and site projects
*Supporting production to minimise downtime and improve efficiencies
*Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the site
*Ensuring compliance with health & safety and engineering standards
*Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth plans
