Full job descriptionWe are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable manufacturing business based in Bury St Edmunds who are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team.


The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
*Being point of contact through various internal and external teams both written and verbal
*Support in completing service reports and ensure records are kept up to date
*Organise and support with booking and scheduling transport for deliveries and parts
*Complete logs and service contracts for various parts of the business and inputting them on the management system
*Following up with customers to ensure repairs and parts are organised and ready for customers


Previous Skills & Experience
*Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills
*Have attention to detail and ensuring records are kept up to date
*Being able to use initiative and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work and liaise across multiple teams in various departments
