We’re looking for an Insight Planner to join a new multidisciplinary team driving insight-led decision-making in a large, complex organisation.
As the sole Insight Planner, you’ll shape how insight is used - turning data into clear narratives that influence strategy, product direction, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities*Synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and behavioural data into clear, actionable insights
*Create compelling presentations and strategic recommendations
*Identify patterns and opportunities across multiple data sources
*Collaborate with research, product, design, and delivery teams
*Support user-centred approaches and strategic decision-making
*Help define and build the Insight Planning capability
About You*Strong experience translating complex data into insightful narratives
*Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
*Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
*Strategic thinker with experience in complex organisations
*Self-starter who can shape ways of working
BackgroundLikely from roles such as Insight Planner, User Research, Customer Insight, or Product Insight.
Nice to Have*Product/digital experience
*Public sector exposure
