Full job descriptionReceptionist – Liverpool Part-Time | Permanent (3 days per week)
A highly respected law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their expanding Administrative Team. This is a key front-of-house role, providing exceptional client service and professional support across offices in the North West and Midlands.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring all calls and enquiries are handled promptly, courteously and in line with the firm’s values. This position requires someone who can confidently represent the organisation, maintain a polished reception area, and support colleagues with a range of administrative tasks.
The Role*Handling all incoming telephone calls professionally, logging calls and passing on messages accurately
*Providing telephone support to partners and staff as required
*Greeting and assisting all visitors, particularly new clients
*Maintaining the tidiness and presentation of the reception area, conference rooms and marketing suite
*Carrying out general administrative and clerical duties as needed
*Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all firm and client information
About You*Previous reception experience
*Experience using Microsoft Teams; Proclaim case management experience is desirable
*Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
*Experience working in a professional office environment
*Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client care
*Close attention to detail and accuracy
