Rise10 Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a growing and ambitious business to recruit a driven and commercially focused New Business Account Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within a fast-paced commercial environment.
The Opportunity
As a New Business Account Manager, you will play a key role in generating and converting new business opportunities, developing a qualified pipeline, and building long-term customer relationships. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to onboarding and repeat business generation.
The successful candidate will be confident in outbound sales activity, commercially aware, and capable of delivering excellent customer service while maintaining pricing discipline and margin protection.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calling, email campaigns, referrals, warm leads, and account reactivation.
*Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities with clear next actions.
*Understand customer requirements including fuel usage, delivery needs, supplier challenges, and service expectations.
*Prepare and present quotations in line with pricing guidelines and commercial governance processes.
*Convert opportunities into trading accounts through proactive follow-up and relationship building.
*Support new customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from account setup through to first order completion.
*Encourage repeat business and build customer loyalty within the first 30–90 days.
*Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and activity reporting.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or new business development.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Confident handling outbound sales activity and objection management.
*Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills.
*Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
*Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
