Location: Bangor UniversityRate of Pay: £23 + £2.88 accrued holiday pay
Contract: Part-time, with flexible hours
Start Date: September 2026 (for the new 2026/2027 Academic Year)

Responsibilities: As a Specialist Mentor, you will work one-on-one with students to provide tailored support.
Your key duties will include:
*Helping students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks.
*Improving organisational skills, including effective time management.
*Assisting students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps.
*Supporting students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life.
*Guiding students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences.
*Boosting students’ confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths.
*Maintaining close communication with Randstad and reporting any student concerns promptly.
*Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements: This is a specialist role. You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognised professional organisations at the required level.
