Key Responsibilities*Own and manage the CMMS system including maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management
*Maintain CMMS data including assets, inventory, and maintenance schedules
*Create daily and weekly maintenance schedules for technicians
*Analyse CMMS data to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
*Manage maintenance spares and inventory levels
*Raise purchase requests and support PO approval processes
*Coordinate with contractors for site visits, RAMS, permits, and service reports
*Raise permits and manage contractor bookings through internal systems
Essential Requirements*Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*Experience in work order planning and procurement within an engineering environment
*Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
*Process-driven with database/CMMS experience
*Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
*Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
Desirable Skills*Experience in maintenance planning and inventory management
*Experience using SAP and SSG Insight Agility
*Background in a maintenance engineering environment
Education*No formal qualification required
*Planning or maintenance coordination experience preferred
