Salary: £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing maintenance team, carrying out works across occupied social housing properties throughout Luton, Cambridge, Bedford and surrounding areas, extending up to Watford.
This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll be delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance while working independently and as part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing*Carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades
*Completing responsive repairs to a high standard within occupied social housing properties
*Working efficiently to manage your own workload and daily schedule
*Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
*Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a general maintenance/repairs role
*Confident working across a range of trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, tiling)
*Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work
*Good time management and ability to work independently
*Experience working in occupied social housing environments preferred
