Description
*Prepare and write compelling bids and proposals tailored to client requirements.
*Collaborate with various internal departments to gather relevant information for tenders.
*Ensure all submissions are accurate, professional, and delivered within deadlines.
*Assist in maintaining a library of bid templates, case studies, and other relevant materials.
*Review and proofread written content to ensure clarity and consistency.
*Support the team in identifying and responding to new business opportunities.
*Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance bid success rates.
*Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the bid process.
Profile
A successful Junior Bid Writer should have:
*A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or business.

*Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
