Description
*Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the aviation sector.
*Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Transport & Distribution industry.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
*Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
*Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
*Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
*Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services and establish new connections.
Profile
A successful Aviation Business Development Lead should have:
*Proven experience in sales or business development, within proven track record in the Aviation & Distribution industry.
*Strong understanding of the aviation sector and its commercial landscape.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain relationships.
*Proficiency in analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
*Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset to achieve targets.
*Experience working with Chinese airlines or air cargo partnerships is a strong advantage.
Language Requirement (Essential)*Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is essential to effectively engage with Chinese airline partners and internal stakeholders.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
*Permanent role within the thriving Transport & Distribution industry.
