Our client, a leading organisation in its sector, is hiring a Management Accountant to support financial reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis across the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic decision-making, and play a key role in improving financial processes and controls within a collaborative finance function.


What you’ll do
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
*Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial accuracy
*Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support
*Assist with year-end processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives


You’ll work closely with finance colleagues, department managers, and senior leadership teams to help drive informed commercial and operational decisions.


What we’re looking for
*Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role
*Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting
*Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Confident Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems
*Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience candidates considered
