Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy operation in Worcester.
This is a highly operational role suited to someone who leads from the front, thrives in a physical environment, and can drive performance through hands-on leadership rather than office-based management.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, motivate and develop a warehouse team to achieve daily operational KPIs
*Act as a visible presence on the warehouse floor, setting standards and leading by example
*Ensure productivity, efficiency and accuracy targets are consistently met
*Monitor team performance and address any issues proactively
*Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including physical tasks where required
*Maintain high standards of health & safety and operational compliance
*Support management with continuous improvements within the warehouse function
Candidate Requirements
*Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role
*Strong leadership style with the ability to motivate and engage a team
*Hands-on approach with a willingness to be fully operational
*Physically fit and comfortable in a demanding, manual environment
*Counterbalance forklift licence (desirable)
*Reach truck licence (desirable)
*Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance management
