A large financial services organisation has an opening for an Operations Officer at their offices in Sale. The position has arisen due to ongoing growth. The position is hybrid and you would be expected to work 50% of the time in the office. It can be a fully remote role if you have previous relavant experience.
You will be assisting the Operations team and Manager with the onboarding of new Mortgage Advisers and Mortgage Brokerages into the Network.
You will need to manage a pipeline of new advisers applications, take ownership of the application and referencing process, responding promptly to any queries, ensuring that they are onboarded efficiently and professionally.
You will work closely with other teams, including Compliance, Risk and Proposition to ensure timely decision making and resolve any queries.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, as is a background in any regulated environment such as Banking, Conveyancing, Legal or Financial Services. You must have excellent customer service skills, good problem solving skills, an ability to plan workloads and manage deadlines, good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
