Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services
*Drive business development activity, identifying opportunities to grow the firm’s tax offering and client base
*Mentor, support, and develop junior and mid-level tax professionals within the team
*Act as a key point of contact for complex technical queries, providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients
Requirements*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial corporate tax experience at a senior level
*Proven ability to manage a complex client portfolio and build lasting client relationships
*Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
*Ambitious and commercially minded, with the drive to contribute to the strategic growth of the practice
