This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected, FCSA accredited umbrella payroll provider, inheriting a portfolio of established large recruitment agency clients already generating consistent revenue. You will enter the role with active, billing accounts, enabling you to generate income from the outset while focusing on developing existing relationships and increasing PAYE umbrella referrals.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced umbrella payroll professional seeking stronger earning potential, higher quality accounts, and long term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and develop existing recruitment agency accounts across London and the South East
*Increase PAYE umbrella usage and consultant engagement within client accounts
*Build strong relationships with recruiters, managers and senior stakeholders
*Identify and convert additional revenue opportunities within existing partnerships
*Provide expert guidance on PAYE umbrella services and compliance
*Collaborate with internal compliance and operations teams
*Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions
Candidate Requirements
*Minimum one years experience within the umbrella payroll sector or contract recruitment
*Strong understanding of PAYE umbrella and contractor payroll sector
*Experience in account management, client relationship management or business development
*Proven ability to grow revenue within existing client accounts
*Confident communicator with a professional and consultative approach
*Commercially driven with a focus on results and earnings
