Key Responsibilities*Planning, managing, and completing audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
*Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and on-the-job support
*Liaising directly with clients to build strong working relationships and ensure a smooth audit process
*Identifying and reporting key findings to managers and partners in a clear and professional manner
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified, or working towards qualification, with a strong academic background
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven audit experience at senior or assistant manager level within an accountancy practice
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and relevant auditing standards
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
