Full job descriptionSuperb new lettings management opportunity in Dorchester! Our client is seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to join their bustling team. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential let properties across the Dorchester and surrounding area. This role comes with an OTE of £35-40,000 (basic salary plus commission).
This is a great opportunity to expand your business development skills. Your responsibilities will include providing a knowledgeable and friendly service to the landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with the latest residential property legislation.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll collaborate with the rest of the team to exceed our clients’ expectations, drive the growth of the portfolio, and ensure company processes are upheld. Resilience, prioritisation skills, and maintaining composure under pressure are key.

We are looking for someone who:
*Is ARLA qualified or working towards Level 3 ARLA
*Possesses at least 2 years of lettings experience
*Exhibits an outgoing, confident personality
*Has a driven, proactive work approach
*Demonstrates excellent administrative and typing skills
*Works efficiently and independently
*Thrives under pressure
*A talent for business development
*Has excellent interpersonal and MS Office skills
*Holds a driver’s licence and has access to their own vehicle
This role is ideal for someone currently in a similar position looking to take the next step in their career. Experience in Property Management Legislation and Residential Lettings is essential.
