Role: Restaurant Manager

Salary / Rate of pay: Circa £32,000, + Tips

What’s involved?
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant and front-of-house operation. You’ll lead from the floor, inspire the team, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and memorable service every time.
You’ll also support team development, drive service standards, assist with staffing and operations, and deputise for the General Manager when required.

*Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Passion for hospitality and guest experience
*Ability to motivate and develop a team
*Organised, hands-on, and calm under pressure
