A leading commercial law firm is seeking a senior Solicitor (4+ years’) to join its established Real Estate team in Edinburgh.
This opportunity will suit a commercially minded Solicitor looking to work on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The role offers exposure to complex development and transactional work across a variety of sectors, including large-scale living and property projects.
You will work closely with an experienced team advising a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors.
The Role
*Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
*Supporting development, acquisition and disposal matters
*Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation
*Managing transactions from inception through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships
*Supporting junior team members where appropriate
*Participating in business development and networking initiatives
*Working as part of a collaborative and busy real estate team
About You
*Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property/real estate
*Strong transactional and drafting experience
*Commercially aware with a proactive approach
*Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*Able to manage competing priorities effectively
*Team-oriented with a keen interest in the property sector
