Job Description:
Full job descriptionMy Glasgow based practice client are currently hiring for an experienced, fully qualified Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Main responsibilities for this role include:
*Preparing financial statements for a range of businesses from sole trader through to company and charity organisations
*Handling personal tax returns
*Reviewing management accounts and forecasts
*Supporting clients with queries related to accounts and reviews
*Assisting company audits
*Working with HRMC on client accounts and investigations
Ideal skills for the role include:
*Fully Qualified ICAS/ACCA
*Practice experience
*Experience of accountancy software - sage or Xero
*Strong experience of in person, client facing transactions
*Experience of not for profit clients as well as limited company
