• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with up to 4 Years PQE with housing management and residential landlord & tenant work experience.
• You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of matters including adverse possession claims, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, property condition disputes and advising colleagues on complex residential property issues within transactional matters.
• You will be joining a well-established property litigation team acting for a diverse client base including landlords, tenants and organisations.
• You possess the ability to deal with matters independently as well as possess a well rounded background in dealing with a variety of property disputes.
