What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Handling incoming applicant enquiries and coordinating property viewings
*Conducting viewings and providing detailed, professional feedback to landlords
*Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms between all parties
*Managing the progression of lets from offer stage through to move-in
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
*Ensuring all lettings activity is compliant and aligned with company procedures
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
*Strong sales ability with proven negotiation and closing skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional, polished, and confident presentation at all times
*Strong telephone manner with a proactive and positive attitude
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred
*Good knowledge of South Kensington and surrounding central London areas advantageous
*Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
