Location: London
Pay: £300-350/day
Type: Full-time, Temp
Main Purpose
Manage all internal fit-out and strip-out activities within a live operational environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with programme and health & safety requirements.
Core Responsibilities Oversee:
*Furniture removal and clearance works
*Statue and feature removals
*Internal strip-out and enabling works
*Coordination of all internal trades
*Finishing and fit-out activities
*Management of access, logistics, and sequencing of works
Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
*Ensure compliance with:
*CDM Regulations 2015
*RAMS
*Permit-to-work systems
*Site health & safety procedures
*Temporary works procedures
Run daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and progress tracking
Coordinate works within a live operational environment while minimising disruption to ongoing activities
Produce reports and maintain compliance/site documentation
Liaise confidently with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders on a daily basis
Essential Experience
*Internals site management or fit-out project delivery
*Experience managing multiple internal trades packages
*Strong health & safety/CDM knowledge
*Contractor supervision within live operational environments
*Strip-out, fit-out, logistics, and finishing experience
Required Certifications
*SMSTS
*CSCS Manager Card
*First Aid at Work
