Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage a portfolio of private client and high-net-worth tax engagements, providing strategic advisory and compliance services
*Drive the development and mentoring of a high-performing private client tax team, supporting career growth at all levels
*Work collaboratively with partners to identify and develop new business opportunities across the private client and owner-managed business space
*Contribute to firm-wide strategy and play a visible role in the firm’s growth and profile across Scotland
*Oversee the delivery of complex tax planning matters including IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates, ensuring the highest standards of technical quality
Requirements*CTA and/or ACA/CA qualified, with extensive experience in private client tax at a senior level
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships at director or equivalent level
*Strong technical knowledge across personal tax, IHT, CGT, trusts, and estate planning
*Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team
