Our candidates’ experience is important to us, and as a Call Centre Agent you will work closely with candidates to match them to suitable roles. You will also be a core contact for our onsite teams, helping to meet our clients’ requirements, so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ability to build rapport quickly is essential.
Call Centre/Resourcer Agent Role
*Handle high inbound and outbound call volumes
*Build and maintain relationships with our onsite teams to establish a clear understanding of their client’s requirements and upcoming recruitment
*Source and select candidates in line with client specifications
*Deliver results within tight deadlines
Who are we looking for?
*Call centre / customer service experience is essential
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
*Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Resilient attitude with a flexible approach
*Ability to establish and maintain relationships
*Recruitment experience preferred
