CTR Select are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful organisation based in Windsor for a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, visiting customers, assessing businesses and working in a varied, fast-paced role.


The Role
You will be responsible for conducting site visits to businesses across England and Wales, gathering information, assessing suitability, identifying potential risks and presenting your findings to senior management. When not travelling, you will support the wider team with case reviews and operational activities.


Key Responsibilities
*Conduct site visits to businesses across England and Wales.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
*Gather and assess information to support commercial decision-making.
*Identify potential risks and highlight any concerns.
*Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
*Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
*Maintain detailed records using CRM systems.
*Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.


About You
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
*Confident, professional and self-motivated approach.
*Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
*Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
*Experience using CRM systems.
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (car allowance provided).
