What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing incoming applicant enquiries and arranging property viewings
*Carrying out viewings and delivering professional feedback to landlords
*Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms between all parties
*Progressing lets from initial offer through to successful completion and move-in
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
*Ensuring all lettings activity is compliant and aligned with company procedures and standards
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
*Strong sales ability with proven negotiation and closing skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional, polished, and confident presentation
*Strong telephone manner with a proactive, can-do attitude
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred
*Good understanding of Wimbledon and surrounding South West London areas advantageous
*Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
