Basic £50k - £60k
OTE: £120,000 per annum (Uncapped)

The perfect candidate will have a strong background in residential lettings, with proven experience winning instructions, carrying out valuations, managing a lettings team, and driving business growth. You will be ambitious, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example within a fast-paced office environment.
This role would suit either an experienced Lettings Manager or a highly motivated Assistant Lettings Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:
*Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
*Carrying out market appraisals and property valuations
*Managing and developing landlord relationships
*Driving lettings performance and achieving office targets
*Supporting and motivating the lettings team
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Significant experience within residential lettings
*Proven track record in winning listings and generating business
*Strong understanding of the lettings process and legislation
*Previous team management or supervisory experience advantageous
*ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Smart, professional and articulate manner
*Full UK driving licence essential
