We’re working with a large, well-known UK organisation undergoing a major transformation of its digital learning offering, with a focus on building a next-generation adaptive learning platform powered by AI and personalised content.
This is a key opportunity for a Product Leadto lead discovery and shape the future of how educational content is delivered to learners across the UK.
The RoleYou’ll play a pivotal role in driving product discovery and defining the evolution of a widely used learning platform, with an emphasis on Primary education.
A core part of the role will be leading rapid discovery initiatives,exploring how the platform can better support primary-aged learners through prototyping, concept testing, and continuous validation, ensuring a clear path to value.
What You’ll Be Doing*Leading continuous discovery to shape product direction and prioritisation
*Defining and delivering pedagogically aligned, personalised content experiences
*Running rapid prototyping and concept testing to validate ideas quickly
*Driving the development of engaging, gamified experiences that motivate younger learners
*Collaborating closely with design, engineering, data and stakeholders
*Contributing to the development of AI-driven personalisation at scale
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within digital, ideally EdTech or consumer platforms
*Experience working with primary schools or products for primary-aged children
*Track record delivering engaging, personalised or gamified digital experiences
*Strong experience working in a continuous discovery environment
*Ability to lead discovery that drives measurable value and product outcomes
*Comfortable operating in complex, stakeholder-rich environments
