About the Role
RSR Education are currently recruiting for a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with Autism in a school based in Merton
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them achieve their full potential in a structured and supportive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism
*Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
*Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
*Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Person Specification
*Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, particularly Autism (desirable)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
*Passion for working within education
