12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Hybrid
Up to £30,000 Depending on Experience
Rise10 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an organised and detail-oriented Invoicing Assistant to join a fast-paced and growing business based in Harlow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to build a career within finance and accounts receivable. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer invoicing is processed accurately and on time while supporting a busy finance team.
The Role
*Processing third-party sales order invoicing within the correct accounting period
*Checking courier purchase orders for accuracy and approving invoices for processing
*Assisting with checking third-party sales orders and preparing delivered litres for billing
*Sending proof of deliveries (PODs) and invoice copies to customers
*Managing invoicing and resolving queries for key customer accounts
*Processing weekly fuel card invoicing
*Handling customer and internal invoice-related queries
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks
About You
*Experienced within an administrative role
*Competent using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident resolving queries and problem-solving
*Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
*Able to build strong working relationships internally and externally
*A strong communicator who knows when to escalate issues appropriately
*Proactive with the ability to think outside the box
