What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing incoming tenant enquiries and arranging property viewings
*Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
*Overseeing the progression of lets through to successful move-in
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Supporting property marketing and promotional activity
*Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and internal processes
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
*Strong negotiation skills with a confident and professional approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*High level of customer service and client care
*Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude
*Good knowledge of the Camberley and surrounding areas
*Full UK Driving Licence required (own vehicle preferred)
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
