What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a RICS Chartered Rural Surveyor:
*Providing professional rural property advice to a wide range of clients
*Undertaking property inspections and preparing RICS-compliant valuation reports
*Advising on landlord and tenant matters including agricultural tenancies and licences
*Supporting clients with environmental stewardship schemes, utilities and compulsory purchase claims
*Managing and advising on rural estates and opportunities to maximise property income
*Building client relationships, networking and generating new business opportunities
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*MRICS qualified, ideally with FAAV qualification
*Previous experience within rural surveying or rural professional services
*Strong knowledge of farming, agriculture and the rural sector
*Ability to win instructions and generate new business opportunities
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Permanent right to work in the UK
