*Secure property listings at realistic and market-appropriate prices
*Win instructions and convert opportunities into successful business
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
*Build and maintain a strong local presence and professional network
*Develop long-term relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
*Negotiate and progress property transactions through to completion
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Strong estate agency experience at Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer level
*A proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
*Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to grow a personal business
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
*Highly professional, personable and well presented
*Familiarity with the Southampton and Hampshire area, or strong local connections
*Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and a self-motivated approach to success
