Description
*Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
*Support line managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
*Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
*Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support organisational decision-making.
*Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
*Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
*Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*Proven experience in a similar HR role within the FMCG industry.
*A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience handling employee relations cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficiency in using HR systems and tools for reporting and record-keeping.
*CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
