About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients and the internal teams — managing briefs, hitting deadlines, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns
*Meeting KPIs, SLAs, and managing project timelines
*Collaborating with internal teams and clients for seamless execution
*Ensuring profitability and maintaining high standards of quality
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in print production and client services
*Bonus: knowledge of promotional merchandise
*Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
*Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
