The Role
*Managing a varied portfolio of business rates cases
*Preparing and handling Check, Challenge & Appeal submissions
*Undertaking inspections, valuations and negotiations
*Representing clients with the VOA and billing authorities
*Supporting client growth and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
*MRICS qualified with strong Business Rates experience
*Proven track record managing complex cases and client relationships
*Strong valuation, negotiation and analytical skills
*Commercially minded with a proactive approach
*Existing client following advantageous
