Description
The Senior Associate will be:
*Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity deals
*Supporting clients on joint ventures, restructures, and strategic business matters
*Playing a key role in managing transactions from inception to completion
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development


Profile
The successful candidate will be a Senior Associate with:
*5+ PQE in corporate law
*Experienced in M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions
*Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge
*Confident in client-facing roles and managing complex matters
*A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
