What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing applicant enquiries and arranging and conducting property viewings
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
*Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms
*Progressing lets from offer stage through to successful move-in
*Supporting overall lettings operations and ensuring smooth transaction flow
*Ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with lettings procedures
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
*Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional, articulate, and well-presented at all times
*Strong telephone manner with a confident and positive approach
*Full UK driving licence and own car required
*Knowledge of the Battersea area is highly beneficial
*Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
