Events Executive - London
A leading professional services firm is looking for an Events Executive to join its Marketing team in London.
The Role
You’ll lead the planning and delivery of a wide range of client events including conferences, seminars, networking events, and webinars. This is a hands-on role requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the firmwide events calendar and oversee end-to-end event delivery
*Deliver high-quality in-person, virtual, and hybrid events on time and within budget
*Coordinate with marketing and business development teams on event campaigns
*Manage invitations, RSVPs, suppliers, and venue logistics
*Monitor and report on event performance and outcomes
*Ensure all events are on-brand and support business growth initiatives
About You
*Proven experience in events or marketing within a professional services environment
*Strong organisational and project management skills
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Working Pattern
London-based with some travel and occasional out-of-hours work for events.
